It’s hard to describe the wonders of Sophia Rossi—and to be honest, the only way to do so is to geek out about why Sofifii (her nickname and popular Twitter handle) simply rocks. So excuse us if we’re a little excited because quite frankly—well, we are. As one of the co-founders of HelloGiggles (alongside Zooey Deschanel and Molly McAleer), Rossi runs with quite the crew of Coveteurs and Cov-faves like Kelly Sawyer, Nicole Richie, Simone Harouche, Jen Atkin, Sara Riff, Mindy Kaling and Lena Dunham. And if you haven’t checked out her wonderful website: a) you’re missing out and b) it's the equivalent of Funny or Die, but for girls... and better! Plus, all content inside her digital is lady-friendly, like ‘Which Golden Girl Are You’ and our personal favourite, ‘Nails of the Day’. She began her career as a producer on the set of The Hills alongside pal and Cov-alum Lauren Conrad (and then on The City with Whitney Port in the same role), but soon realized she wanted to do something on her own. Fast forward and HelloGiggles was born! Her L.A. pad was a trip down memory lane with shelves upon shelves of Nancy Drew and Sweet Valley High books adorning her apartment. Like our 13-year-old selves, she also maintains a shrine to her idol, Judy Blume, who—thanks to HelloGiggles—she had the chance to meet. While digging through her closets (lots of flirty floral dresses, thick framed sunnies, and some very impressive collectible kicks), she threw on a pair of her loafers, jumped on her new mint green bike, and let Jake snap away. It’s quite clear, it’s Sofifii’s world; we’re just living in it.
