I needed to be able to wear the dress on the left forever so I bought two. The other one still has the price tag on it and is smuggled away in a drawer somewhere; it's all very reassuring. It was like $25. But seriously, the high neck and ruching and cut are just perfect. Lover is my favorite Australian label. I could just subsist forever on everything they create, I think. I was lucky enough to be able to meet them and ended up spending about four hours whiling the afternoon away with them over Thai food while in Sydney for Fashion Week. Nic and Susien are so on point and clever and observant, and they channel it all through this self-aware hermit humor. Best humans ever. I needed both the black and the white sneakers, apparently. I like that they resemble confusing desert boots. I wear them just often enough to where I don't think I'm crazy for owning two pairs.

My hair is pretty self-maintaining, it has this in between wavy/straight texture and I just go with it. If I want it to look more beachy or whatever I'll use bumble & bumble Surf Spray or Oribe Dry Texture Spray, and for the ends I like L'Oreal's new Elseve oil.
