The Coveteur has partnered with several merchants who provide high quality, attractive merchandise. When you place an order on The Coveteur’s website, the order is passed to our partner who will ship the item directly to you.
At this point we only ship to the U.S. and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Generally these merchants provide free shipping and accept returns but please see below for full details on each merchant partner.

Shipping guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Les Nouvelles will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express service. Risk of loss and title for merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Les Nouvelles offers free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states, free Two Day service for orders over $500 and free next day shipping for orders over $750.
Alaska and Hawaii customers, please note that available options include 2 Day and Next Day service. Shipping charges for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $10 surcharge in addition to the rates listed above.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Les Nouvelles, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any and the cost of returning the package to Les Nouvelles. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Packages returned to us for failed delivery (after 3 failed delivery attempts) will be subject to a $10 fee to reship the order. This fee also applies to any orders requiring a change of address subsequent to shipment.

Return/exchange policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of confirmed delivery for items that are UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Items purchased at more than 30% off are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Jewelry and accessories may be returned for store credit only. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to being sent to Les Nouvelles. Once a RAN is issued, return packages must be shipped within 5 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for exchange will be paid by Les Nouvelles on the first exchange of full price merchandise when the customer uses the return label included. A shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your total on returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria. Packages that arrive COD will either be denied or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or exchange credit at our discretion.
Once your package has been received at Les Nouvelles, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Les Nouvelles.
Making a return or exchange
Returning or exchanging merchandise at Les Nouvelles is easy. There are four steps:
- Send an email to returns@shoplesnouvelles.com within 10 days of delivery that includes (1) your invoice number, (2) your request for either exchange or return and (3) a brief explanation for the request. Once approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
- Write your RAN on the outside of your box near the label. Packages received without a RAN will be returned to you.
- Apply the prepaid shipping label included in your original package and drop your return package at a FedEx location (look up your nearest location here: http://www.fedex.com//Dropoff/start). You may use an alternative label or shipping method if you find it more convenient, but make sure the package is insured! Les Nouvelles does not accept responsibility for packages that you ship.
If you lose your prepaid shipping label
The prepaid shipping label included in your package is already addressed to Les Nouvelles. If you lose this label, please send your return or exchange to:

If you must send us a package without the original return shipping label, please be sure to obtain insurance on your package as Les Nouvelles will not accept responsibility for packages that you ship.
Incorrect/defective merchandise shipment
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, or size) you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.
We carefully inspect each product shipped in order to minimize defects. However, if you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. We have made every effort to display the color and style of our products as accurately as possible, but due to the variability in display of computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will be entirely accurate.

Shipping guidelines
Heist offers free ground shipping within the US as well as a saver method for $25 and an overnight option for $50.
All shipments get declared at full value and come with a tracking number and require direct signature.
Return Policy
- Sale Merchandise is final sale
- Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact. Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, via email to customerservice@shopheist.com
- In the event the contents of your package were damaged in transit, please email customerservice@shopheist.com within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise.
- Please note we cannot accept any claims for in-transit damages past this time frame. You must keep all original packaging for inspection by the courier.
- If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued a RA number, via email, which must be clearly written on the outside of your package.
- We must receive the authorized merchandise for return no later than 7 days after the RA number has been issued.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.

Shipping Guidelines
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Joie.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Joie.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.
Joie.com is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Joie.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Joie.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Making a Return
1. Complete the return form and include the appropriate return code to help us serve you better in the future. Include this form with your shipment.
2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.
3. Affix the pre-paid UPS return label to the box and drop it off at ay UPS pick-up location.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Joie.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
Exchanges
At this time, Joie.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.

Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-8 business days) U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days. (not a guaranteed service)
FREE for orders over $70.00. *Free shipping offer valid for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous states. (The $70.00 total is calculated AFTER any promotion, coupon deductions, or gift wrap charges.) $5.95 charge for orders under $70.00.
Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days guaranteed) 2-3 business days guaranteed. Signature required. Excluding weekends. Not available to P.O. Boxes. Starting at $10.95 depending on weight of shipment ordered.
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer support department. (See below for contact details.) You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back to FragranceNet.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) Any package that has not been received by FragranceNet.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. **Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. If your package is returned to FragranceNet.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
