We've always admired Jen Brill for her carefree, downtown chic style - effortlessly putting together outfits with boundary-pushing pieces. From her bright red lips to her perfectly tousled locks, her style has been on our radar for quite sometime - always loving the way she puts herself together. So with the help of our friends over at CHANEL, we joined forces and dug into the CHANEL archives for a day with the simple, yet uber chic task of playing with the rarest, most dazzling, and lust-worthy CHANEL pieces. The Coveteur, along with the keen eye of Brill, was given free range, carefully selecting each item to include in today’s gallery. Dating back to the 1980’s, we paired her own CHANEL pieces with some of Uncle Karl's most recognized gems - needless to say, it was a day in quilted-leather paradise. And it makes total sense - as Brill is one of the hand-selected international girls chosen to represent the brand, acting as one of the Les Fidèles de CHANEL along with Leigh Lezark, Caroline Sieber, Vanessa Traina, and Poppy Delevigne. What we love about Brill is her ability to put together a high-lo ensemble like it's her day job. She's known to pair her vintage double C cuffs with her prized Supreme Playboy jacket and throw her black Champion hooded sweatshirt over a bejeweled floor-length gown - while making girls (and some guys) around the globe green with envy. But like we've said before, we admire power girls - and while she's definitely an influential fashion-forward icon, Brill acts as an agent at Total Management representing young photographers like Theo Wenner, Max Farago, Kacper Kasprzyk and stylists Mel Ottenberg and Lester Garcia. And there’s more – she’s on the Advisory Board of RxArt, a non-profit organization that puts art in healthcare facilities around the country, where she has worked on projects with Dan Colen and Nate Lowman for the cause. Get ready – as Brill’s Chinatown apartment got the Rare CHANEL treatment.
