“When The Coveteur asked me about fantastic closets worthy of a raid in Paris, my first suggestion was my friend and stylist Virginie Dhello. I’m certainly her number one fan. Dhello’s extensive career as a stylist began in the mid 1990’s, where she worked as an assistant at L’Officiel. Since then, this industry vet has contributed to various fashion publications like Tank, Surface, Biba, Spur and Grazia Italy. After lending her name and keen eye to multiple mastheads, Dhello eventually settled at French Glamour as the resident fashion editor for 5 years.
Nowadays, Dhello works as the fashion and accessories editor for the oh-so-Parisian publication, Madame magazine – the in-flight reading material for Air France. She also dedicates her time and attention into her own personal blog, VeePost where she shares style and beauty tips alongside interviews with friends and fellow fashion insiders. Her distinctive style is what the French call, “La caverne d’Ali Baba”; she has a 1970’s flair, which incorporates her love for bold colors and loose fabrics. With an affinity for all things pink—it is her favorite color, after all—Dhello’s collected an abundance of bubble gum-shaded accessories. Her accessories are comprised of the most limited edition in color ways and we can only dream to find something as impressed on 1st Dibs.” - As told by Lyna V. Ahanda
